A similar concept applies for organic chemistry groups, in that some types of acids may not be appropriate for use at all.Sometimes, groups are grouped based on how they react with the body. For example, one group is hydrochloric acid, which is useful for dissolving water and is often used as a cleaning agent in swimming pools.
